Pinsideal.store ships anywhere in the world, except North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, Wallis and Futuna. We also ship to Post Office Boxes through economy shipping and standard shipping.
We'll send you an comfirmation email once your order is verified.After verfication, in principle, the orders will not be cancelled during this period, considering handing process already start, but we'll try our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find a good solution.
Processing time usually takes between 3-7 days,but may take up to 2 weeks due to high volume of orders.Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping time: refers to the time it takes for the product to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Your order shipping costs will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Pinsideal.store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Pinsideal.store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days of the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, less the cost of shipping. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used for payment. Purchases of gift certificates, personalized products and sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Naturally, we cannot take returns on visibly used products. We guarantee full refund if you do not receive the goods.

- For Quality Problem or Our Fault Caused Problem
We will resend item or refund you once we get your photo evidence. You need to provide below information in the email.
- For Non-Quality Problem
If you simply do not like it you can return freely. On this condition, buyer bear 2 ways shipping when returning to our address, which means buyer have to pay the return shipping, and deduct $10-25$ (depends on the item weight) from refund as shipping cost of our sent parcel, DHL will request fully deduct like 25$-40$.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
